One of the keys to effective schedule management is the establishment of technical milestones and the communication of these milestones to all project staff so that they understand the importance of their individual role in meeting the overall project schedule. The Project Manager conducts a kick-off meeting and regularly monitors the progress to ensure that contributing elements remain in compliance with schedule requirements.

Our Team Leaders work with our clients to develop a well-defined scope of work that serves as the basis for cost and schedule development. Knowledgeable Project Managers clearly identify the underlying assumptions that form the foundation for each project to enable differentiation among planned and unexpected conditions that may be encountered in the field. Additionally, our Project Managers prepare written work plans for every project to ensure accurate communication of the technical approach to all technical staff and to keep project team participants focused on project goals.

We utilize top of the line accounting system to produce a variety of routine financial performance reports that are available to Project Managers online or in hard copy form. Additionally, Project Managers may directly access the Unix based project accounting data at any time, and may request the generation of customized reports as necessary to facilitate effective monitoring of expenditures and comparison of actual cost versus planned costs.
